3. Products and services

We provide a digital product: the Simple Conversions plugin for WordPress. Licenses are issued digitally and allow you to activate the plugin on one or more websites depending on the plan purchased.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in USD.
• Payments are processed exclusively via Stripe.
• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the selected plan.

5. Delivery

The Software is delivered digitally. After successful payment, your license key and download will be available immediately in your account on the Website.

6. Licensing

• Licenses are personal, non-transferable, and limited to the number of websites permitted by your chosen plan.
• If your subscription expires, the plugin remains functional, but you will no longer receive updates or support.

7. Cancellation and refunds

• You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase and receive a full refund (money-back guarantee).
• After 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel later, your license will remain active until the end of the paid period, but no refunds will be issued.
• Cancellations can be made directly in your account or by contacting support.

8. Updates and support

• We provide plugin updates and support for as long as your license is active.
• Support is offered exclusively via email at support@simple-conversions.com.

9. User responsibilities

• You are responsible for the proper configuration and use of the Software on your website.
• You must maintain backups of your website and data before installing or updating the plugin.
• Our team provides documentation and guidance, but compatibility with all themes or third-party plugins cannot be guaranteed.

10. Limitation of liability

CDP PIXEL AGENCY S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of revenue, arising from the use of the Software.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bucharest, Romania.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or published on this page. The “Effective date” above indicates when these Terms were last revised.
